    Lovely to see everyone back and so enthusiastic. Lots of fun to be had this term .

    Our youngest class Monday 7.15pm is proving to be a great success . We are now repeating this class on Wednesday at 7.15pm drop in . Please remember your mats .A drop in class allowing you the flexibility to come when you wish .

    This is a fab all round fitness class. Why is it so beneficial to my health?

    1 It includes a cardio workout . Cardio (short for cardiovascular) is a key component that shouldn't be left out of a fitness plan raising your heart rate and increasing your blood circulaton .

    Your heart is a muscle just like any other and in order for it to become strong it must be worked .

    Along with improving your heart ,cardiovascular exercise also improves weight control eases depression and fatigue as it releases "happy hormones" so giving you a feel good feeling . Along with the cardio section we condition .

    What is condition many may ask.?Conditioning the body does wonders !

    The body conditioning exercises aim to strengthen the core (so helping with lower back pain and posture) sculpt and tone lean muscle to give you a stronger body .

    Also included Flexibility Exercise which will alow your joints to move through their full range of movement ,decreasing risk of injury enabling e your muscles to work more effectively . This class is definitely a one stop shop to great fitness.

    Christmas Party Thursday 7th December 7.30pm only 4 more places left . A fun night for us all to catch up 3 course meal followed by dancing if you wish !Please bring your menu choice by Friday 17th November 2017 .

    A few Saturday workshops coming up in the new year so keep an eye on the notice board and newsletters.

    Our group classes whether fitness or dance are designed to keep you motivated ! I know as a teacher I really look forward to seeing you . I feel the energy of everyone keeps the class going when maybe you feel like quitting you don't ! So the research must be true ! If you work out in a group you are less likely to quit !
