• New Year has arrived!!

    Well done everyone to a great term thank you for all being so supportive and fantastic to teach !

    Our new term begins on Monday 9th January

    Lots of intersting classes to our new routine Puttin on the Ritz" we are nailing in our tap class! Some gretat new stretches in our Pilates classes . Ballet classes are full of new enchaiments and of course our great DDMIX classes ranging from our Bollywood to our sassy Samba ! New this term Russian Flamenco and more. Look forward to seeing you.     NEW CLASS LAUNCHING MARCH 2016.

    DDMIX DIVERSE DANCE MIX

    A new fun and entertaining full body aerobic workout created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke Our classes are based on a range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. Using their extensive knowledge of dance, Darcey and Nathan provide a 'flavour' of different genres ranging from line dance to jive, Bollywood to Charleston and so many more so that everyone finds a style they like. The 2-3 minute genres are combined to form numerous 45-50 minute programs and with a variety of aerobic levels and complexity, DDMIX suits a wide range of clientele of all abilities.

    DDMIX is all about having fun, so you don't even realise you are exercising. Why not give it a go!

  • Back to Class

    Queue Autumn. Now the panic of stripping down to a swimsuit has gone, the Quality Street are calling. The big jumpers are back and now it’s getting chillier there’s no fear we’ll have to spontaneously whip out the shorts and sandals. Or the white jeans. And the television is so much more appealing. Summer is the time for being outdoorsy - the lure of Coronation Street after a hard day’s work is all too much.

    But that’s all the more reason to come along to class this week! We’re back with some great tunes and some equally great dances. Now's the time to maintain that figure you were actually quite proud of on holiday OR to work towards the figure you wished you had on holiday.

    Have a work-out, learn a new skill and have some fun.

    Promise, it’ll make you feel good about yourself.

    No reason to feel guilty about a nice slice of Shepherd’s Pie. Or the addition of a few Mars Bars to the Tesco Shop.

    I’m saying no to ‘winter weight’, how about you?
