Class Descriptions


Tap Broadway (General)

The course is designed for those who have a basic knowledge of tap. The same combinations will be developed each week to help you gain confidence.  Classic Broadway-style tap dance classes for adults, r teaching focus to just that.   Michelle  is proud to offer a fun, creative way for people to learn tap & get fit tapping Broadway style !  Monday 8.15pm -9.15pm


Ballet (General)

Ballet is a great way to keep in shape. Excersises are aimed to develop strength, flexibilty, poise and fitness. From the fundamental barre exercises to the centre work, this class is a great way to get fit, tone up and have fun. No previous dance experience necessary.



Diverse Dance Mix is a new fun and entertaining full body aerobic workout created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke.  The classes are based on a range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. Using their extensive knowledge of dance, Darcey and Nathan provide a 'flavour' of different genres ranging from line dance to jive, Bollywood to Charleston and so many more so that everyone finds a style they like. The 2-3 minute genres are combined to form numerous 45-50 minute programs and with a variety of aerobic levels and complexity, DDMIX suits a wide range of clientele of all abilities.DDMIX is all about having fun, so you don't even realise you are exercising. Why not give it a go! Iimprove your fitness and sense of wellbeing in an uplifting,morning dance class 9.30am Tuesday and Friday . Wake up and shake your body down to 60 minutes of sheer dance fun. Start your day happy.Or finish your day happy at 7'15pm on a  Monday and Wednesday evening


Body Conditioning Mat Work

A mat body conditioning class to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Improving core strength  joint mobility and muscle tone. Helps to improve balance body alignment , posture and of course your general well being .


All Dance Fitness Cadio Work Out

A combo of fitness dance cardio to get the heart pumping and the happy hormones flying followed by 30 minutes body conditioning mat work to tone and stretch the body.  A fantastic all over body work out !
